Our full-service wedding planning package offers comprehensive support throughout the entire wedding process, from the initial planning stages to the execution on the big day. This package includes up to 10 in-person meetings up to a year in advance of the wedding date. Phone or virtual consultations can be scheduled or made as needed throughout the planning process. Below is a detailed list of services included in this package:

• Initial Consultation and Wedding Vision Development

  • Personalized Consultation: One-on-one meeting with the couple to understand their vision, budget, preferences, and any special requests.

  • Wedding Vision & Theme Creation: Help the couple define the wedding theme, color scheme, and overall aesthetic.

  • Timeline Creation: Establish a clear timeline for the planning process, including key milestones, deadlines, and wedding day schedule.

• Vendor Selection and Handling

  • Vendor Review: Review vendor options based on wedding aesthetic choices including venue, floral, cake, DJ/Entertainment, bridal and groom attire, caterers, rentals, and any other needed vendors for your unique day. This includes booking tastings, meetings, and consultations for the bride and groom.

  • Vendor Quote Handling: Collecting quotes from each vendor that is chosen or the top 2 options for review before final decision making

  • Contract Negotiation and Review: Provide assistance negotiating vendor contracts and/or reviewing contracts before booking

  • Placement of Orders: Coordinating the ordering of anything needed for the big day

• Invitation and Website Review

  • Invitation Assistance: Provide assistance with invitation selection and creation. Proofreading before printing.

  • Wedding Website Assistance: Creation of wedding site up to 8 weeks before wedding date with client access for updates and changes as needed/wanted

• Planning for the Day Of

  • Decor Support: Create a unique decor design matching the aesthetic chosen. Planning and implementing the approved design.

  • Layout of Events: Planning for location of ceremony, reception, bridal suite, etc. This includes up to 2 venue walkthroughs

  • Reception Floor Plan Design and Layout: Custom creation of floor plan design and layout for the reception

  • Vendor Arrival/Delivery Plan: Coordinate with vendors for deliveries of rentals, food, cake, flowers, etc.

  • Timeline of Events for the Whole Day: Create detailed timeline for the day of

• Rehearsal Services

  • Rehearsal Assistance: Attend the rehearsal to direct the ceremony rehearsal (up to 2 hours)

• Day of Services

  • Day of Coordination: Running of the day’s timeline and schedule, coordinating deliveries and vendor arrivals, directing setup, assisting photographer as needed, directing ceremony and reception, overseeing any teardown or cleanup as required by the venue
