It’s an ideal choice for couples who want to keep things simple but still benefit from professional guidance, coordination, and logistical support on the big day. This package includes 3 in-person meetings up to 2 months before your wedding day. Phone or virtual consultations can be scheduled or made as needed. Below is a detailed list of services included in this package:

• Initial Consultation

  • Personalized Consultation: One-on-one meeting with the couple to understand their vision, preferences, and any special requests.

• Planning for the Day Of

  • Layout of Events: Planning for location of ceremony, reception, bridal suite, etc. This includes 1 venue walkthrough

  • Reception Floor Plan Design and Layout: Assistance with creation of floor plan design and layout for the reception

  • Timeline of Events for the Whole Day: Assistance with creating detailed timeline for the day of

• Rehearsal Services

  • Rehearsal Assistance: Attend the rehearsal to direct the ceremony rehearsal (up to 1 hour)

• Day of Services

  • Day of Coordination: Running of the day’s timeline and schedule, coordinating deliveries and vendor arrivals, directing setup, assisting photographer as needed, directing ceremony and reception, overseeing any teardown or cleanup as required by the venue. Up to 12 hours.
